It says I only have 2000 characters allowed however there will never be enough words to cover my love for you. There’s nothing more special than the bond between a grandfather and a granddaughter, you were a father to me when nobody was there, you’ve picked up every piece of my heart when life Shattered it and ALWAYS reminded me of my worth. We have had many good times, good talks, and funny secrets growing up that I will have with me always. Never once did you ever ask why you just did and I hope I can be a third of the parent you were to me. You and nanna are my heart and I would not be the same person if I did not have y’alls love to guide me. I promise to love her and love these children and tell them all the great things about you and show lots of pictures for pictures say 1000 words but to me will still never be enough. Not a day goes by or will ever go by that I won’t think of something related to my poppy. You always talked about that song “you’re gonna miss this” well I do. But I’m so thankful I have all of memories that I will never forget and hold on to forever because no matter how near, how far, here, or there my poppy you will ALWAYS be.

Best daddy a girl could have. You have always been there and I know you will always still be there for your family. Every rainbow or butterfly I see I know its you making sure we are good. Thank you for all the fishing trips, teaching me how to drive, shooting guns. You have made me the strong independent person I am today, Yes I am just like my daddy never will I or anyone say any different. I am very thankful for the your love, support, and you being there to help me back up when life was to tough. I got this daddy, rest and please save a space for us in heaven with you. I promise Edward and I have this, we will make sure everyone is ok. I love you to the moon and back.
