Calvin Wayne Armfield, affectionately known as Cal, passed away after a long battle with non-Hodgkin’s mantle cell lymphoma which had metastasized to his liver and lungs, June 4, 2025. Cal was born in Salina, Kansas on May 23, 1964 to parents David and Eleanor Armfield.
Calvin is survived by his wife, Anne Hurst; daughter, Hannah Hurst; brothers, Rodney Armfield and William Armfield; many cousins, including, Missy Armfield, amongst others; several nieces and nephews; and many family members who had brought him into the Doman fold, and close friends that were very dear to him. He is preceded in passing by both parents and brothers, Robert Armfield and Chuck Armfield.
For many years, he ran a business that specialized in decorative concrete. He was a true artist.
The family would like to thank all of their friends and family for sharing their hearts, prayers and love with us during this difficult time.
He is having a small private memorial with a small circle of close friends and family.
