Chuck was born December 03, 1941 in Pittsfield, Illinois to Avery Ottwell and Charlotte Ottwell. He was a former member of St. Mark United Methodist Church of Pensacola.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores Ottwell; son, Matthew Ottwell; stepson, Bobby Keyes and 2 great granddaughters, Chana and Melea.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Bayview Memorial Park.
Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway is entrusted with arrangements.
