Charles Hilton Thompson passed away on August 5th 2018 in Pensacola, while on an afternoon swimming trip with his grandchildren. Charles was born on April 7th 1962, to Durl Thompson and Mattie Perdue Thomas in Milton, FL. He spent most of his life in Pensacola but loved to travel and made friends everywhere he went. He made it his mission in life to spread his love with the people he met and was not shy to lend a hand to anyone in need. Charles always had a love for children, and his grandchildren were the most important thing in his life. He saw children as God’s most precious gift. Charles had very strong faith and kept his bible with him on all his travels and quoted scripture daily.
