I am so saddened to hear about the passing of Jack. Although Jack was a few years ahead of me in school-we always had such wonderful talks when we ran into each other. I had the honor of waiting on Jack at the Bank for many years. When I retired four years ago from Banking-One thing I knew I would miss was seeing all the customers. Jack and I would have wonderful conversations at the Bank. He would laugh/I would laugh. Jack will sure be missed by all of his Loved ones. May Our Lord And Savior Wrap His Arms Around Jacks Loved Ones And Guide All Of Them Through The Tough Times Ahead.

For as long as I can remember, Jack was Pearl; sports, community, civic, church, neighbor, friend. From my years playing high school sports to my years watching high school sports. There was Jack. Even when I went off to college, he would always ask and genuinely care about what was happening and kept up with me in all I did. I can remember some late nights at Pearl Day Tournaments and even though Jack may have not been playing at the time, he was still busy socializing. So may qualities and so much character.

You will never duplicate that thunderous voice or that contagious laugh. Life was a party for him and he never met a stranger. He made everyone around him better. While I regret future Pirates will not meet him on this earth, I know Ol' Jack will be watching every down, free-throw, pitch or sprint that happens at Pearl Cove.

My prayers are from his family. A man like this is hard to forget, but I pray each one of you hold on to ALL of the memories Jack provided and take comfort in knowing he now has a place beside our Lord and Savior. I'm sure St. Peter has already laughed with him a few times already.

God Speed Jack. You will be missed but you WILL NOT be forgotten by so many.

This man loved his family. I just watched the picture movie/video and it brought so many smiles and happiness to me at this sad time for me to see how much love and joy Jack spread to so many. Shane and Kristy and the entire family, I am thinking of you and I am so very sorry for Jack's short time on this earth. Sincere hugs and love to each one of you from Pam Clark and the Clark family.

I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad. He was one of a kind that truly loved life and lived it to the fullest. He’ll be greatly missed by all that knew him.
