Colby Edward Davidson

Colby Edward Davidson, 29, passed away on April 10, 2023, at home with his wife and children. He was the endowed partner of Teresa Booth. They shared 10 years loving, growing, and sharing their lives together.

Born in Pensacola, Florida, he was the son of Charles E. Davidson and Jennifer Lynn Sammons. He attended Pensacola High School. He was employed at Coastal Pile Driving, Inc. and worked as a pile driver.

Colby enjoyed playing basketball with friends and competitors, but most of all enjoyed the time spent playing sports with his children. He also enjoyed watching all different kinds of sports with his father and brother.

He is survived by the love of his life, Teresa Booth, his beloved children Layla Faye, Colby Edward, Jr., and Dakota Morgan, Father Charles E. Davidson (Talesha), Siblings – Kristina (Charlie), Cazmyn, Marquise (Terri), Liza Lynn, Mia, Sariah, Harleigh, Cody, Cassandra (Daniel), and Emily (Alex) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Jennifer Lynn Sammons, his sister Cecilia Eddins, his great-grandparents Charles Edward and Mary Ann Blackmon, his great-grandfather Jim Sammons, his Aunt Crystal Davidson and his cousins Kaylee and Harmony cousins, Gary and Brenda Davidson grandparents, Jim Sammons, grandfather.

Friends and Family will be honoring Colby on Friday April 21, 2023 from 12-130 pm with a visitation followed by a Life Celebration Service at 1:30 pm at Eastern Gate Funeral Home, 1985 W. 9 Mile Road Pensacola, FL 32534
