David Wayne French

David Wayne French, age 60, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. David was born in Sitton, Texas to Betty Jean Lefler French. David was employed by the Naval Information Reserve Training Command as Navy, CTRC; Government civilian training program. David spent twenty-four years in the Navy and twelve years in Civil Service. David enjoyed camping, hiking, being with family. Boy Scouts, helping others. Most important to David was spending time with his family. David is survived by his wife Frankie French; sons, David W. French, Jr. and Jackson French; daughters, Chelsea (French) Burns and Isabella French; brothers, James French and Kenneth French; sisters, Laura Gramling and Dorothy Brison; grandchildren, Ariana and Blakely. A Graveside Service for David will be held Monday, February 6, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Barrancas National Cemetery, 1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Boy Scouts of America or Members Children College Savings Fund.
