Dave was our Labor Relations Specialist when he retired. He helped me in analyzing disciplinary action cases and grievances. Peace be in your soul, Dave. In the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Dave's family. Dave was one of my most dearest friends. We worked together for many years at HROP. We had many great times together whether it was at work, TDY, or just having lunch together.

He was such a kind person with a sense of humor that no one will ever forget. He always made me smile and was there for me when I needed him.

He was truly one in a million. I will truly miss him.

My thoughts and prayers are with Dave's family during this time of sadness.

He will truly be missed...

With deepest sympathy,

PAMELA MITTLESTEADT
