David G. Leach, 48, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on September 17, 2016.
Born in Vallejo, California, David was the first child of Richard and Patricia Leach. In 1976, his family moved to the Pensacola area.
There, he was married to his middle school crush, Kimberly Howells, on March 14, 1992. For the last 10 years, he worked at the Pall
Corporation in Pensacola where he was known for his wonderful work ethic, but mostly for his love of and dedication to his job.
His hobbies included spending time with his family (including his beloved dogs), gardening in his yard, swimming in the family pool,
and working on projects in his garage. He was known for being an incredible handyman who could fix or build anything.
David was a friend to everyone he met. If you needed help, you knew you could call David. He was a loving and dedicated son,
brother, husband and father.
He is survived by his mother Patricia, sister Jennifer (husband Jason), brother-in-law Thomas Howells (wife Michelle),
wife of 24 years Kimberly, daughters Ashley (husband Stephan) and Amanda, nephews Cory, Brennan, Tanner, Grant and Jordan,
nieces Lindsey and Kaylen, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins in Oregon, Las Vegas, and Idaho.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, September 22, at Eastern Gate Memorial in Pensacola, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Humane Society of Pensacola in his memory.
