Diana Bartalo 1946--2011 Diana Bartalo passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 7, 2011. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, she will be deeply missed. She was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She worked at Curtis Burns for 25 years before taking an early retirement to move to Pensacola, FL , where she could be closer to her grandchildren. She loved spending time with her grandkids, teaching them how to make homemade pasta and cookies. She is survived by husband of 41 years Raymond Bartalo, step-daughter, Sharon (Randy) Dodsworth , daughter, Kathy (Robert) Brown, and her grandchildren Daniel and Rachel Dodsworth and Hayley and Mia Brown. She also leaves behind her loving sisters Marie (Tommy) D’Andreta, Joanne (Tom) Zink., Angela (Joe) Gumina, Dorothy Jones, Mary Ann Tomasso, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at Eastern Gate Funeral Home on West 9 Mile Rd in Pensacola.. Visiting hours are Friday, February 11 from 4-6pm with a prayer service at 5pm. Services will be 1pm Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home, 1985 West Nine Mile Road, Pensacola 32534, with burial at Eastern Gate Memorial.

We only met Diana a few times back in Pgh. but know she was a wonderful person and will be missed by many.
