Elaine B. Sullivan – Our Mom and Mom-mom went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her family on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. She is predeceased by her husband Raymond Sullivan. She is survived by her son Jeffery Urbaniak and his wife Rebecca, son Gregory Urbaniak and his wife Paula, grandchildren Sheena Corley, Ryan Urbaniak, Traci Kameka, Paige Padgett, Debra Padgett, Taylor Padgett, and three great grandchildren: John Corley, Malik Kameka, and Elijah Green.
Elaine retired from Champion after 38 years. After retirement, she was active volunteering at West Florida Hospital and also enjoyed spending time with church activities at Olive Baptist Church.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 2:00-3:00 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2016 at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home, immediately followed by a funeral service.
