Mr. Hsiang was born January 1, 1921 in Hu-Pei, China. He retired from the Taiwanese Army as a Lt. General. He moved from Taipei, Taiwan, to Florida in 1989.
Survivors include his sons, Dr. Harvey Hsiang and his wife, Emily Hsiang, and Dr. Henry Hsiang and his wife, Dr. Sharon Chen; his daughter, Dr. Helen Hsiang and her husband, Dr. Ming Chang; his granddaughters, Dr. Shannon Chang, Christina Chang, Esther Hsiang, Stephanie Hsiang, Monica Hsiang and Maddie Hsiang; and his grandson, Jeremy Hsiang.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 28, 2015, at 2:30 PM at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel. Interment will follow in Bayview Memorial Park.
