On August 14, 2026, our beloved Frankie was welcomed into the loving arms of his Lord and reunited with the wife he adored, Christi.

Frankie was a cherished son, nephew, brother, cousin, uncle, father, grandfather, and friend whose life was defined not by what he had, but by the love he freely gave to others. He loved the Lord with all his heart, and his devotion to his faith was evident throughout his life. His appreciation for angels, symbols of hope and protection, was beautifully reflected in the tattoos he proudly wore.

Frankie found joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved music, writing, movies, and games, and he delighted in sharing those passions with family and friends. Whether discussing a favorite song, watching a movie, or enjoying a game, he had a special way of bringing people together.

Despite facing many trials and tribulations throughout his life, Frankie never allowed hardship to diminish his generous spirit. He was known as a big tipper, not because he sought recognition, but because he genuinely enjoyed helping others. Ever helpful, caring, kind, and thoughtful, Frankie would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Being helpful brought him happiness and satisfaction knowing he had made someone's day better.

He loved burgers, tacos, and spending time at the beach. He never dreamed of riches for himself. Even his favorite hobby of buying scratch-off lottery tickets stemmed from his desire to help others. Winning, to Frankie, meant having more to share with the people he loved.

Though his body grew weary, his mind remained bright, quick-witted, and full of humor. Even in the face of difficult challenges, he continued to bring laughter and light to those around him. The chains of disease that once burdened and enslaved his body and mind have now been broken. He is now free!

True to his independent spirit, Frankie bravely chose to live out his days at home, and he did it his way, surrounded by the love and care of those closest to him.

His rainbow connection is now complete: The Lover, The Dreamer, our Bubba Kinkie.

Frankie was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Christi.

He is survived by his precious children, Stephanie Young and Gabriel Perritt; his beautiful mother and devoted caregiver, Alma Peabody; his loving aunts, Viola Garcia and Ofilia Rivera; and his cherished siblings, Tony Garcia (Cathy), Nina Chestnut, Jenny Peabody, and Melissa Perritt. He also leaves behind many treasured cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

A celebration of Frankie's life will be held at Epps Christian Center, located at 2300 N Pace Blvd on August 29th @ 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frankie's honor to the dedicated and compassionate teams at VITAS Hospice Care and Manna Food Bank.

Though Frankie has left this earthly home, the kindness he shared, the love he gave, and the joy he brought to others will continue to live on in all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
