Guilford Stanley Redding

Guilford Stanley Redding, died on May 20, at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, FL. following a brief illness. Stan was born in Tallahassee, FL. on January 25, 1953. He grew up in Gainesville, FL and graduated from Gainesville High School in 1971. Stan was preceded in death by his father, Guilford B. Redding, and is survived by his son, Trevor Redding, daughter, Sara Redding, mother Inez Alderman Sandefer (George), and sister Marilyn Redding McLean (Wally). He worked in the safety management industry, most recently for JA Jones and Del-Jen Corp. He was safety manager for Del-Jen Corp. Pensacola NAS since 2002. Stan was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed camping, hiking and any water related activities.

Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 New Warrington Road, Pensacola, FL 32506. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:30 PM Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
