

Helen Myers Bradshaw, age 95, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, entered her heavenly home on July 16, 2026. Born on October 9, 1930, in Townsend, Tennessee, Helen lived a life devoted to faith and family.
Helen was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Charles “C.H.” Bradshaw; her brother, J.L. (Reba) Myers; her sisters, Virginia Myers (Rex) Porter and Lois Myers; and her sister-in-law Alice Myers.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Debbie Cosson (Steve Orlich); her son, Chuck (Kim) Bradshaw; her brother, Joseph Myers; her grandchildren, Chase (Trish) Bradshaw, Michael Cosson (Jesse Weiner), and Colby Bradshaw (Coda Denton); and her treasured great-granddaughters, Taylor, Darby, and Penelope.
A faithful and active member of Myrtle Grove Baptist Church, Helen cherished her church and church family. She taught the church's senior ladies Sunday school class for many years, delighting in the fellowship and learning she shared. Helen loved children and dedicated her career to teaching and caring for them. She found great joy in helping children learn and grow.
Visitation will be held at Oak Lawn Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Ron Lentine officiating. A private burial will take place at Barrancas National Cemetery on Monday, July 27, 2026.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Myrtle Grove Baptist Church.
