Helen Faye Peach was born May 16, 1936 on a farm near Farber, Missouri to the late Loyal and Lois Sankpill. She passed away June 7, 2025 at Azalea Trace in Pensacola, Florida.She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Dana, and son Dennis. She is survived by her husband Ellis, daughter-in-law Cheryl, sisters Doris Baker and Nancy Watson. She was blessed with three Grandchildren Michelle DeVore(Tim), Lindsey Knichel(Adam), David O’Donnel(Pamela) and great-grandchildren Kaitlin, Austin, Ryan, Isabella, Emily, and Cody. Helen was a devoted military wife and a very talented woman. She won numerous cooking competitions including The Florida Beef Cook-Off, Crisco Pie contest at the Mississippi State Fair for her Pecan Pie and the Pillsbury Bake-Off which got her recipe published in their cookbook and several others.She enjoyed plants and all types of sewing and needlework. A celebration of her life will be held at Azalea Trace on June 20 at 1 p.m. She was loved and will live on in our hearts and memories forever.
