Joann Crews,age 83, passed away on Easter Sunday, right before midnight, in Pensacola, FL, after a lengthy illness. She will be greatly missed by her 3 children: James (Laura) Crews, Joey (Angie) Crews & Julee (Brian) Farr. She is also survived by her sister, Peggy Campbell, a brother, William Johnson of TX, 6 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren.
Joann was a loving mother who dedicated her life to always helping & giving to others before her own needs. She was a faithful loving wife to her husband, Jimmy, & she lived almost a decade after he passed away in 2013. Her passions in life were her children, grandchildren, gardening, cooking & cats. Wherever she was, there was always a cat nearby. The family believes that she was called up to Heaven on Easter Sunday for the purpose of letting them know that 'Death is not the end'. They are steadfast in their Faith that they will see her again....
Graveside service will be at Serenity Gardens in Milton, FL on Friday, April 14th, at 1pm. The viewing will be held beforehand at the respective funeral home to immediate family members only.
