Jodi was a good friend at the PPD. We shared many tales after work and he taught me patience; not by words, but through his actions.RIP

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jodie from 1984 to 1993. I've never met a finer man. Later I had the pleasure of working the beat next to him and after his retirement I was given his old "beat" to work. Those were big shoes to fill. We all looked up to him in awe and respect and he always took care of us "rookies". We lost a great man but Heaven is richer for it!! God Bless you and the family...you are in our prayers.

I am sorry to hear of Officer Armstrong's passing. He was very well-liked. I grew up in the 1960's-'70's Scenic Heights-Eastgate area of Pensacola, and we kids always thought a lot of him.

Mrs. Armstrong, Teresa, Becky and Sharon; I'm so sorry for your loss. Lisa (Haley)called me today and told me about Mr. Armstrong passing. My love and prayers are with your family. I know first hand how hard it is to lose someone you love. If there is anything I can do please let me know. Lisa knows how to get in touch with me. I think about all of you all the time. Just remember Mr. Armstrong will always be with you and watching over you. Again, I'm truly sorry for your loss.
