The Cannon family were our neighbors in Navy Point and a big part of our lives and dear friends to my parents as my brother, Warren and I for many years.  In fact, Sandra and I were close friends even into our college years.  In our family memorabilia you will find their faces in them as well, commemorating, which I treasure as a time that has long passed but cherished always.  In our family films and still pictures their faces are often recorded, also. As life moves on and changes happen, I will always treasure our relationship with all the Cannons and I send my heartfelt condolences to Sandra and Larry, especially, and their children and grandchildren at the loss of their mother and pray God give them peace and comfort. 

Aunt Jo was a lovely woman and will be missed. So sorry for your loss. May God bless you all!  

Josephine was a lovely Southern lady. I was privileged to know her through Warrington Presbyterian Church. One of my favorite memories of her was that she always went out dressed "to the nines" with lovely attire, hair done, and high heels.

I have known Josephine as a church member, a friend and one-time neighbor for over 40 years.  Strong, faithful, determined and loving are all words that come to mind.  I will miss our Burger King take-out lunches served in her dining room with fine China on a Battenburg Lace tablecloth, cloth napkins and seasonal decorations.  Oh, and of course tea in a fancy teapot and cup.  She was a true Southern lady with the gift of hospitality.   Bob and I send our condolences to Larry, Joan, Sandra, John and their extended families.  

My sympathy goes out to Larry and Joan as well as Sandra and John.  I met Jo's surviving sisters in Florida about 6 years ago and they  reached out their arms to me in hospitality.  I am thinking about them at this sad time.  

I knew Jo through Larry and Joan who are life long friends.  Jo was faith filled and loved people.  She was so kind to me everytime I met her.  I feel the Cannon family is an extension of my own and I have lost a loved family member.

Dear Larry, Joan, Sandra, John and families:
It is with a very heavy heart that I write this.  My love and sympathies are with you all!  Aunt Jo was a wonderful woman and a huge blessing to me.  The summers I spent with her are priceless and memories that haven't, nor ever will,  fade from my memory.  I will never forget her smile, her laugh, her patients with me when I turned a teenager, and her living heart.  Noah also loved his Aunt Jo and has many wonderful memories of them together.  She will be missed by us but certainly never forgotten!  God bless y'all during this time and may God blessings flow through each of you!  Remember the good times and her memory will remain forever!
