Joyce took her last breath on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at her Perdido Beach home in Alabama. Joyce was born in Pensacola, Florida - one of ten children of Henry and Ida White. She was predeceased by her siblings: Honora Monahan, Celeste Taber, Martin White, Priscilla Meyer, Sara Jean Unser, Henry M. White, Thomas White, Leila White and Judy Merritt.
She was the loving wife to Raymond D. Bailey Sr. (deceased in 2004) for 55 years and is survived by their eight children: Doug, Tommy, Laurie, David, Kevin, Todd, Scott and Jody. Plus 8 grandchildren: Tristan, Adam, Brittney, Shane, Jeremy, Justin, Jennifer and Tasha and 16 great grandchildren.
Friends of Joyce are invited to attend services in celebration of her life: Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 10:00-11:00 Visitation and 11:00 Memorial at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 N New Warrington Rd, Pensacola, FL 32506, followed by inurnment at 11:45 at Barrancas National Cemetery, 1 Cemetery Road Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL 32508
