Julian Charles Cooey, born November 13, 1951, beloved husband to Tina Cooey, father to John Cooey & Nancy Cooey, and grandfather to Rio Gwyn Cooey-McCartney, passed on to his heavenly home on Tuesday August 6, 2024, at the age of 72. He leaves behind a legacy of love, friendship, and community service within Santa Rosa County Public Works, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Midway Fire District, Calvary Chapel Church, and Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church. Julian will be interred 2:00 PM Friday August 9, 2024 at Bayview Memorial Park with Public Viewing starting at 12:30.
