Karen Grace

1963-2018

Karen Weaver Grace, age 54, passed away in peace in her home on Thursday, February 8, 2018.

She was born March 26, 1963 in Miami, Florida to the late Henry Weaver and Monika Schmitt and later settled in Pensacola, Florida. She attended Tate High School, then became a school bus driver for 24 years with Escambia County Schools. She had many favorite tv shows, enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and growing fresh herbs.

Karen was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Ernie Grace; her son, Christopher Gibson Grace; step-daughter, Angela Grace; granddaughter she raised, Aliza Hall; her mother and best friend, Monika Schmitt; her sister, Carolyn Weaver; niece Brittany Foss; nephew Brandon Foss and many beautiful grandchildren, aunts and cousins.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home, immediately followed by a service. Relatives and friends are welcome at the service and the reception at the funeral home following the service.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home.
