

Koby Michael Slack, age 42, passed away in his home on January 2, 2018. Koby was born in Pensacola on December 1, 1975. Koby moved to Texas as a baby and grew up mostly in Wylie, Tx. He graduated from Wylie High School in 1994. He had recently moved to Cantonment, over the Thanksgiving holiday.
Koby was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harry Slack, his maternal grandparents Robert and Christine Crockett, his uncles Robby Slack and Reid Slack and Cousin Richard Osborn. He is survived by his parents, Randy & Iris Slack, brother Kyle Slack, his paternal grandmother Lee Slack, and his fur babies Bella and Bentley. Aunts Kaye Campbell, Connie Osborn, Christine Perry. Uncles Richard Slack, Al Crockett, Hank Crockett. Cousins, Kristy Caulder, Chad Campbell, Katrina Maucher, Kacey Crockett, Jordan Moreno, Hayden Crockett, Dena Touchet, Marvin Perry, Ron Perry, Dr. Robert Carter, Dustin Slack, Chrissy Slack, Derrick Slack, Dora O’Briant, George Slack and Austin Slack and many 2nd cousins.
Koby was employed as an Associate Project manager with Randstad USA.
Koby was a huge fan of the Florida Gators, Texas Rangers Baseball and the musical group Megadeth. He loved binge watching TV, game nights on the compound and he recently was learning to play the guitar.
Koby was lots of fun and he ill be greatly missed by all his friends and especially his family.
Services for Koby will be held at Allen Memorial United Methodist Church, 206 Pace Parkway in Cantonment on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation at 10:00.
