Laurie Levi Frey

Laurie Levi Frey passed away on August 27, 2025, in Pensacola, Florida, at the age of 66. Born on October 27, 1958, at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida, Laurie spent most of her life in Pensacola, where she built a home and community that meant so much to her.

A proud graduate of Escambia High School’s Class of 1976, Laurie went on to dedicate many years of service working at NAS Pensacola.

Laurie is lovingly remembered by her daughter Stacey Boekeloo (Epling) [Brandon Boekeloo] and granddaughter Amelia Boekeloo. She is also survived by her father Arlington Levi Sr., brothers Arlington Levi Jr. [Cindy Levi] and Leslie Levi, and numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.

She now rests alongside her husband Roger Frey, her mother Vera Ruth Levi (Crawford), and her sister Holly Hedden (Levi).

Laurie’s life was rooted in family and community. Her warmth and strength touched many lives, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A private family memorial service will be held to honor Laurie’s life.
