She was born on December 16, 1959.
Loida was a woman of deep faith who loved Jesus wholeheartedly and lived her life with joy, courage, and a free spirit. She had a love for adventure, travel, and new experiences, and she embraced life with enthusiasm and humor. Above all, she cherished her family and found much happiness in being a mother, wife, and grandmother.

She is survived by her 2 children, grandchildren, 4 brothers, and 2 sisters, and extended family, and many friends who will miss her dearly.
