Funeral services for Lois Patricia (LoLo)Vaughan, age 78 of Cantonment, will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel in Pensacola with Rev. Jeff Howard officiating. Visitation will also be held Saturday beginning at 2:00 PM until the time of the service. Burial will be in Bayview Memorial Park in Pensacola.
Lois was born August 13, 1940 in Sneads, FL to Melvin Edward Harris and Clara Katherine Yates Harris. She died August 25, 2018 in Pensacola. She along with her husband was a professional commercial semi-truck driver and worked for various companies over the years including Brown, J-Mar, U.S. Express, Kennesaw and Seminole. Lois was a member of the Escambia County Jaycees and of Heritage Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband John Theodore Vaughan.
Left to cherish her memory are her brother, Bruce Anthony Harris and wife Marsha of Myrtle Grove; sisters, Jo Ann and husband Mack Vess of Greenwood, SC, Denise and husband Russ McNair of Cantonment.
She is also survived by her niece, Kimberly Caddick and nephews Douglas Vess, Dewayne Vess, Rusty McNair, Brandon McNair, Ryan McNair (Maria) and Andrew McNair (Natasha), great niece, Laila McNair and great nephews Dawson McNair, Ethan McNair, Cooper McNair and Alexander McNair.
