Born on July 1st 1944 in Fall River Massachusetts, he was the son of Louis Gaspar Sr., and Violet (Gaudrau) Gaspar.
Lou enlisted in the United States Air Force on July 26th 1963 till July 1967 where he specialized in Aircraft control, ACW radar and Communications electronics.
He is survived by his wife, Diane (Vargas) Gaspar; two daughters: Geraldine Gaudlap and Sherry Sanders; his sister, Geraldine Finley; three grandsons; three great-grandchildren; three nieces; and several great nieces and nephews.
