Louis William Neal 2/2/1920-10/7/2015: Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, Louis served in WWII, retired from Civil Service, Naval Air Station, Fort Fumble and belonged to Warrington Presbyterian Church and Trinity Presbyterian Church. Verna Neal, his wife of 59 years, preceded him in death. He is survived by daughter Linda Neal Boyce, daughter Carol Neal, son-in-law Dr. James R. Boyce, granddaughter Patricia Boyce, grandson Neal Boyce, four nieces, one nephew, neighbors who are family, Michael and Tonya Tedder, and dear friends. He was known for his faith, kindness, gentle spirit, quick wit, vivid storytelling and willingness to help any in need. He never met a stranger. Graveside services will be held at Bayview Memorial Park at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 14 with the Rev. Phil Futoran officiating. The family request no flowers.
