Margaret “Jeanne” Jorgensen (Flamand) passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, in Pensacola, FL. She was 54 years old. She survived by her husband of 34 years, Edward Jorgensen, and four children: Johanna (27), Thomas (26), Catherine (23) and Dane (18). Jeanne was born and raised in Pensacola, meeting Ed in 1983 when she was 20 years old. As a military spouse, she traveled the world with her family, living and traveling to over 40 countries. Jeanne was an avid scuba diver and loved being around the water. Her interests in history, art and education are carried on in the lives of her family. Jeanne devoted her life to her family and this can be seen today in her children. While she was taken from her family suddenly, her love and influence she left on those around her will never be forgotten.
A visitation will take place from 4 -5pm on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 Oak Lawn Funeral Home in Pensacola. Funeral service will begin at 5pm. In lieu of flowers, her family asks you to donate to local Catholic charities or food pantries.
