After retiring in 2013 she moved from Arkabutla, Mississippi to Navarre in 2014. She was living her dream at the beach.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Kathleen Edwards Bennett and Marvin "Goat" Bennett; her husband, Columbus Lentz III; and her brother, Marvin O. Bennett Jr.
Marsha is survived by her daughters, Jaymie Lentz and Patricia Lentz Engel; a sister, Linda Bennett Smith; grandchildren, Alyssa Tessier and Jacob Tessier; and her beloved pet, Alvin.
