Mary A. Garrett
December 12, 1944 – February 14, 2021
Mary Alice Garrett, 76, of Pensacola, passed away February 14th, 2021. She was born in DeFuniak Springs, Florida on December 12th, 1944 to Clayton and Lucille Watson. She was married to Donald Douglass Garrett for 57 years. Mary was a wonderful homemaker. She had a passion for cooking and no one left her home hungry.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse Donald Douglass Garrett and brother Jimmy Ray Watson.
She is survived by her three sons: Donald E. Garrett, Kelvin Garrett and David Garrett. She has two brothers, Larry Watson and Ralph Watson. She has 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
The Garrett family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Emerald Coast Hospice and caregivers Donna Steagall and Donna Young.
Friends are cordially invited to join the family for a visitation at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 9:00-10:00 a.m., immediately followed by a service. Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
