One year today! Missing you like crazy. Always in my heart!

I, was cleaning out my suitcase today as I, am making a trip to Pensacola to visit Eric and Theresa, I, found the card for this website, and the CD full of your pictures. I, am missing you today and always.

I have some fun memories of long, long ago (high school days) I will cherish forever.  Mike left his imprint on our lives. I'm honored to have called him a friend.

I am so sad to hear of Mike's passing. He was my next door neighbor all through high school and we were good friends back in those days. He, not surprisingly, introduced me to how to party like a pro, lol. He had a heart of gold. His parents were wonderful to me also. Mike's grandson looks just like him:) My sincere sympathies to his family and those who were close to him. I know he will be forever missed.

Mike Lombardi was the salt of the earth, he gave flavor to life. His laugh and smile were contagious. You couldn't help but to like him, faults and all. He was brother to Sasquatch and feared by gators. He was a man's man, and the best friend you could have. He would give you the shirt of his back without asking why. 
He also was able to laugh at himself one of his most endearing qualities. So for you my friend these are the memories that will make me laugh till the day when we meet again

The only man I've ever known who actually made and airboat airborne.
The only man I've ever known to crack a beer bottle over his head for a beer. 
The only man I've ever known who after unsuccessfully attempting to crack a beer bottle over his head tried again.
The only man I've ever known to loose all his butt hair while igniting a fart.
The only man I've ever known to put 8 feet of moose antlers in a 4 foot wide car.
The only man I've ever known to hold the title for table diving at holiday isle
The only man I've ever known to walk home from the Tiki-bar at holiday isle
The only man I've ever know to catch crabs by convincing some one he was a game warden and making them surrender their catch 
The only man I've ever known to construct a Grapefruit launcher capable of launching a grapefruit over 400 yards.
The only man I've ever known to hook shoot a plastic lizard over to class rooms and land on the right girl
And 
The only man I've ever known to look cool with a handle bar mustache. 
Yes, Mike you add much flavor to life, till we meet again my friend. I will smile every time I think of you...

Mike, words can not explain how much you will be missed. Michael wears your hat proud. Tank well hes just Tank and misses you so very much! Bubba on other hand still cant believe your gone. Everytime we go by your place I have to remind myself we dont have to go by and check on you. You will FOREVER be loved and missed by us! Fly high and continue to watch over us all! We are going riding this weekend and the ride will be for you! We love and miss you!

I, was so hoping we would grow old together. God had another plan. I, will Love & Miss you always Pensacola Mike!

We are extremely sad and shocked to hear of Mike's passing. He & Grant not only shared the same birthday (day and year) but had been good friends since Jr. High. and roommates into their 20's. Mike was the best man in our Wedding in his front yard on Franjo Rd. 22 years ago. He will always be remembered as an all around great guy. We are keeping his sons and family in our prayers so that they may find peace. RIP Mike.

I have been blessed by your love my whole life. Almost 30 years have gone by since our very first kiss... I am so thankful for the Love and friendship we shared, and the beautiful angel we have created together, "Matthew john" and our adorable little Grandson Further.

All my children loved you and adored you so much, Matthew, Christy, Daniel Christian and Candace and our "little man" Further were blessed by your unconditional Love, your funny stories, your hugs, and your beautiful smile that lit up the room, any time you were there, we laughed, with you, cried with you, walked with you, and had endless talks with you.. I want everyone to know that you are and always will be ..Our Guardian Angel. I know your in heaven now dancing with Jesus and your Mom and Dad. I will miss your baby brown eyes, that looked so deeply into mine, I will miss hearing our grandson, call you Grampy over the telephone line, I will miss all the stories you shared with Me and and all my children, I will always remember how proud you were the day you took your Grandson fishing, and he caught his very first fish, with Grampys help.  I will miss hearing Matt asking, , Did you talk to my Dad today? or, I just talked to my Dad, and he sounded so happy, I will miss our 12 hour phone conversations, I will miss your great advice that you always gave so freely and honestly for me and all my sweet angels. You told me I was your first love, and you are my first love, and my last love, and my forever love, and one sweet day we will be together again.. holding hands,hugging, and kissing, like we always have, it will be just like the first time..when we fell in love, My heart will never be the same without you in my life, I am sad for Matthew and Hunter and Further and for all my children who loved you so much, But I promise you that your Memory will go on forever, When I look into my son's eyes or my Grandson's eyes, I will always see you looking back at me!  I will remember the very last kiss I gave to you on your nose the last time I saw you.. 

Fly on by sweet Angel, tomorrow I will be right by your side!

We're all going to miss you Mike, I didn't get to spend enough time with you, but the times were good.I know you loved that guitar I got you, but I'll wager you have an even sweeter sounding rig now... Jamming with the
