Born in San Diego California, she was the daughter of Norman Dalbey Sr, and Nelda Dalbey.
She grew up in Pensacola Florida and attended Escambia High School and The University of West Florida.
She was employed at Perdido Beach Resort.
She enjoyed performing family ancestry research and caring for her "Kitties"of which she had several.
She will always be remembered for her sweet smile and sense of humor, and her love for cats.
She is survived by brothers Norman Dalbey Jr and Ronald Machek, sisters Nancy Dalbey, Nadine Dalbey and Milly Dalbey Elliott, a niece Alison Dalbey, and a nephew Mark Dalbey and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by both her parents and two brothers Nicholas Dalbey and Nelson Mark Dalbey
