It was an honor to meet Mr. Frank, I truly enjoyed the evenings with him talking about family, fishing trips, and all the great family fun he had in the early years.  Thank you Viv and Mary for sharing him with Brenda and me and may God bless you and watch over you as Frank is watching over you now.

Although he was our cousin, we always called him Uncle Frank, out of love and respect. He was such a strong and positive influence as we all grew up. You always made us laugh..."Uncle Frank" all our love to you Viven and the rest of our family.

Frank Welch was a retiree from St. Regis,/Champion paper co, in Cantonment. With many years of service. He was married to Polly, his 2nd wife of many years. He was involved when he was able with the IP retiree organization helping with distribution of the newsletters and regular attendance at the monthly meetings. He will be sorely missed.
We extend our condolences to Polly and the rest of the family.

Condolences to the entire Welch Family---------------------

Mr Welch was one of the kindest, gentlest men I have known,  He was my neighbor when I moved into my first home across from him.  He and Mrs. Welch shared many afternoon coffee breaks with me and he offered, advice, tools and help to me and my two young roommates.  He offered security to us and I will alway be thankful for his friendship over the years.  Now Heavin is blessed with his presence and we will see each other again one day.  My deepest sympathy goes out to Viv and his family.

To my dear friends Viven, thank you for sharing your dad and Mary you too. Thanks for sharing your uncle with me. I truly healed a part of my heart helping to care for him and getting to know him. It's our special elders like Frank who teach us grace and kindness and love and patience. I'll miss that goofy smile and your funny sense of humor. But I have great memories! God bless this family and heal them.
