Neil Carter Davis, CPT, USN Retired died Friday after a tragic fall. Following his retirement from the US Navy, he pursued his education ultimately earning his PhD in Psychology and teaching as an Associate Professor at the University of West Florida. He is survived by his beloved wife Dorothy Davis, CMD, USN, retired, sons Brad and Jeff and daughter Lori.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 06, 2024 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 5200 Saufley Field Rd, Pensacola, FL 32526.
