Patricia A. Hadder

Patricia (Pat) was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina. She later moved with her family to Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she attended school. In 1966, she became a hair stylist and practiced her trade for over 50 years. She was loved by all her clients.

She met her husband, John C. Hadder Jr., in January 1969. They were married on October 24, 1970, and shared 55 years of marriage. Pat and John had five children: John R. Hadder, Eric L. Hadder, Charlotte A. Miller, Daniel E. Hadder, and Stephen C. Hadder. They also have ten grandchildren: Rocky, Maverick, Nevaeh, Jason, Lacey, Shirlis, Mason, Adalynn, Everly, and Nathan.

Patricia attended Innerarity Point Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, John Hadder; her children, John R. Hadder, Eric L. Hadder, Charlotte A. Miller, Daniel E. Hadder, and Stephen C. Hadder; her grandchildren, Rocky, Maverick, Nevaeh, Jason, Lacey, Shirlis, Mason, Adalynn, Everly, and Nathan; and her two sisters, Pam and Sandy.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ellis G. Joyner; her mother, Eula M. Worley Joyner; her brothers, Michael G. Joyner and Ricky Joyner; and her sister, Carol Lucky.

She was a loving wife, a very patient and caring mother and grandmother, and a loving woman who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

There will be no viewing. A private family service will be held.
