My dad Paul was a great father and all around great person. He taught me everything I know about being a hard worker and taking pride in the things I do. I had the honor of working with my dad for 13 years and worked side by side with him for 11 and a half of those years. We had our tough moments but there were also tons of great ones. My dad will be missed by everyone that got the opportunity to be a part of his life. He will always be in my heart and on my mind. I miss you dad and always love you. Your Budaroo, Bud.

Paul, Katheryn and I had a wonderful lunch at what used to be the Sharkfin restaurant, Paul and I had a fabulous conversation about food and cooking. Paul was passionate about everything he loved, mostly his wife and his family. One of the most genuine and sincere people I've known.

I'll miss you, Paul.
