

He was the husband of Suk Aldridge.
They shared 46 years of marriage together.
Born in Pensacola, Florida, Ralph was the son of John Aldridge Sr. and Margaret Lyn Aldridge. He graduated Escambia High School, Class of '74' and enlisted in the Air Force the following year where he studied computer mathematics, aeronautical studies, as well as electrical and aviational mechanics.
Ralph was a decorated combat veteran who worked on jet engines, voluntarily rescued wounded soldiers, and taught soldiers to ride motorcycles. He proudly remained with the Air Force for 20 years and one day!!!
He was an avid rider and member of the American Motorcyclist Association who love Nascar, computer technology, being outdoors, country music, and spending time with his beloved wife, Suk
He will be remembered for his generosity, optimism, and his infectious laughter.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Suk; sons, Eddie Aldridge (Aimee), John C Aldridge (Winter); sister, Janice Zuidewind (Kevin); brother, John M Aldridge (Sheila); daughter, Cristal Cline (Jeremy); nieces and nephews; numerous grandchildren; and several extended family members who love him dearly.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, John Aldridge Sr. and Margaret Lyn Aldridge; and daughter, Diane Boyce.
Visitation will be held at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 New Warrington Road, Pensacola, Florida 32506, on September 29, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
A graveside service will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery, 1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, Florida 32508, on September 30, 2026, at 11:00 am with military honors; for those wishing to join the procession to Barrancas, please arrive at Oak Lawn Funeral Home no later than 10:00 am.
