Ricky is preceded in death by his parents John Gilbert, Anna Belle Middleton; sister Betty McFarlain.
He is survived by his wife Sarah Middleton; daughter Anna Middleton (Joseph); granddaughters, Lylah Noelani (5) and Avalyn Kaleah (4); brothers Johnny Middleton (Barbara) and Billy Middleton; sisters Shirley Sawyer and Helen Burgess (Danny) and brother in law Ronnie McFarlain.
