Sandra Kay Klender

Sandra was born March 20, 1947 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Leo and Ruth Keller. She retired from Raytheon Technologies after over 30 years of employment. In 2020, after retiring, Sandra and Carl moved to Foley. She enjoyed golfing and shopping, but her passion was spending time with her grandchildren. She loved attending their games and other events they participated in and was known as “the best grandmother”.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and her grandson, Zane Klender.

Surviving Sandra are her husband, Carl Klender of Foley; sons, Brian Klender of Indiana, Brent Klender and wife Tina of Parrish, Florida and Chad Cristman and wife Dawn of Elkhart, Indiana; brother, Gene Keller and wife Denise of West Cliff, Colorado; sister, Cheryl Holzinger and husband Larry of Huntington, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Madison, Nicole, Alexa, Cade, Ty, Cameron, Colin and Connor; and five great grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date.
