I worked with Sarah Jane at Warrington Bank for many years. Thru lots of changes we remained friends as the years went on. The last several years we have stayed in touch thru phone calls & meeting with others for lunch several times a year. Sadly we were not able to do that the past year. She will be missed by many.

Sarah Jane has been my friend, co-minister, supporter, and encourager since 1979 when she was on a personnel committee who called my late husband “Brother Eugene” to Olive as their Minister of Education. Sarah Jane lived a good life, true to what she believed. I trusted her with anything. She always did what she promised and never betrayed a confidence I shared with her. She stood by me through many losses, traumatic events and illnesses in my life. I know she is celebrating with our Lord right now and with a host of friends and family. I’ll miss her intensely, but I’m confident I will see her again . I loved her.

Sara Jane will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. It was my privilege to have been fortunate enough to have her in my life from the day I met her in 1989 when Bobby Bass and I announced our engagement. She has been a steadfast loving friend for over 30 years.
I so enjoyed the time we spent together especially our outings to attend to family graves, do a little shopping and have lunch together. I will now carry on our small traditions in her honor.
May God bless her in his care as he did in her life and hold her tenderly in his arms.

Jason, Risa, & Deborah Higgins were just talking about you over the Easter Weekend. He wanted to make sure you came to his Birthday Party in June or Jason wanted to visit with you at your home. Jason loved you so much. We will never forget all the times you picked him up on Sundays to attend Olive Baptist Church with you. This was truly such a special time for him. He wasn't able to come last year due to the Covid-19 and was heart broken when his dad called him and told him of your passing. We love you and you will be greatly missed.
