He loved his family dearly and always wanted the best for his girls, wife Irina and daughter Nelly.
Scott also liked the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting in his free time.
He is preceded in death by his father William Thomas Oliver Jr; both sets of grandparents, Iola Sprinkle Shirah and Charles L. Shirah and Mary Cooley Olsen & Howard "Pete" Olsen and William Thomas Oliver Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife Irina Oliver; daughter Nelly Oliver; mother Imelda Joyce Shirah Oliver Maciolek; brother Robert Oliver and wife Christine; nephew Wyatt Oliver; nieces Ally Oliver, Mary Oliver, Grace Oliver and Lilly Oliver and cousins Sam Oliver and Thomas Oliver. Along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
