Shelia Alys Comparato

Sheila was born on December 31st in London, England to Charles and Beatrice Hamblen. Samuel Louis and Sheila

Alys were married in St. Louis, Missouri on July 10, 1946 after a year's engagement. Sheila was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was happiest when with family. She was an avid gardener, a wonderful homemaker and cook, artistic, musical, graceful dancer and a beautiful lady. Sheila is deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her ever-loving husband, Samuel Louis Comparato of Pensacola; sons Stephen Louis of Moss Point,

Mississippi, Jeffrey Charles and Rose Marie of Cartersville, Georgia, Timothy Glen and Gayle of Corpus Christi, Texas and daughter Suzanne of Pensacola; grandchildren Philip Byron Hopkins, Brian Glen and Kari Comparato, Kelly Comparato and Samantha Louise Comparato; and great granddaughter Peyton-Hope Comparato. We wish to extend our gratitude of the professional and loving care given by the staff of Rosewood Manor and Baptist Hospital. Services to celebrate the life of Sheila Alys Comparato will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home from 1:30 - 2:30pm.
