Stephen M. Baehr of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at the age of 73. He was born on November 11, 1951 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Baehr family moved to Pensacola when Steve was 2 years old. Along with his four siblings, he attended Sacred Heart parochial school and Pensacola Catholic High School, graduating CHS in 1969. Then he graduated from Florida State University with a degree in psychology.
Steve lived and enjoyed life to the fullest pursuing so many passions. These were very closely intertwined with his many cherished friends and family. They include: TENNIS, travel adventures across America and worldwide, bowling and shooting pool, fishing and boating, camping and hiking in nature, epic RV trips, strolling the beach collecting shells, FSU and USF football and legendary tailgating, Tallahassee post-graduate experience at the card table.
He was preceded in death by his parents Chalita and J. J. Baehr and his nephew Scott Baehr
He is survived by his loving wife and companion of 40 years Ellie Baehr and his siblings: Barbara Withers (Richard), Tina Bond, John Baehr (Anne), and Cynthia Baehr-Williams (John).

A visitation for Stephen will be held Monday, May 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway, Pensacola, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 AM.
