Sue Huguley Jackson, age 89, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. She had fought an extended battle with congestive heart failure.
She was born on February 3, 1927 in Phenix City, Alabama to A.L. Huguley and Inez Norris Huguley. Sue married the love of her life, Calvin E. Jackson, in 1946. They had been married 54 years when he passed away in 2000.

She worked, along with Calvin, as secretary/bookkeeper in the family home building business, Jarrett Shop Builders, Jackson Homes and Cal-Rob Developers.
Her biggest accomplishment was the loving family that was produced by their union. She had three sons, three daughters and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren that loved to be with Grandma Sue.
She enjoyed gospel music, baseball games and Jeopardy.
Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin E. Jackson, her mother, Inez Norris Huguley, brothers Arthur L. Huguley, John H. Huguley and Ashby (Hap) Huguley and a sister, Bessie Marlow.
