Taffy was one of the first people I had the pleasure of meeting when I moved to Pensacola in 2005. I arrived with a slipped disc and she managed the reception area at my chiropractor's office. I came to look forward to her bright smile, compassion and kindness on my weekly therapy visits. We shared a relationship with Jesus and I remember her sharing how The Lord had brought her through her trials.
I pray for those of you left behind that you'll be comforted and sustained by the Holy Spirit as you learn to walk beside the empty spot your beautiful Taffy leaves.

Taffy always had a smile on her face and a cheerful "Good Morning" every day she came to work. I had the pleasure of working with her for 14 years. She was a ray of sunshine. We always celebrated our birthdays together and I would always tease that she was older than me.....of course it was only by 3 days. Most birthdays she would bake her mom's famous red velvet cake because she knew it was my favorite. All the patients loved Taffy. She had a knick name for lots of them. She made them feel special.....she was that kind of lady. I know she is in heaven shouting out a big Woo Hoo! I miss you Taffy but know you are out of pain and looking out over us. Rest in peace my friend. Love, Kare Bear (my nick name) Karen Norton
