

He was born in Opa Locka, FL, February 5, 1951, and lived in Oklahoma, Texas, and Florida.
A devout family man, Tommy joined the United States Air Force after completing Canute High School and served during the Vietnam Era for 4 years. He also served his country working at NAS Pensacola and NAS Corpus Christi for 20 years Navy Civil Service.
He loved spending time with his family, painting, fishing, watching softball, keeping his yard pristine, and watching Alabama football. ROLL TIDE! Tommy attended Hillcrest Baptist Church and drove the golf carts to bring members inside on Sundays.
He is preceded in death by his father Norman Loudon, mother Barbara Roper, and his stepfather Wendall Roper.
He is survived by his sister, best friend and neighbor, Carol, and her husband Ray. His nieces Shannon, Lisa, and Mandy. Also, he is survived by his children Chad and his wife Rebecca, Robin and her husband John, Rachael and her husband Vince, Chris, and his wife Priscilla. His grandchildren Chloe (Zach), John Hyer, Hannah, Cameron, Easton, Dawson, Caleb, Cayden, Ainsley, William, and Kennedy. Great grandchildren Mason, Braxton, Mckynleigh, Madison, Keegan, Brooklyn, and Hazel Grace.
A Visitation for Thomas will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 New Warrington Road, Pensacola, FL 32506. A Memorial Service will occur Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm at Barrancas National Cemetery, 1 Cemetery Road, Pensacola, FL 32508.
