Virginia Corter passed away on September 11, 2019. She was born on April 20, 1938 in Pensacola, Florida.
Mrs. Corter dabbled in a lot of things over the years. She was a LPN, a Mary Kay consultant and was involved with the legion of Mary at St. Ann’s Bellview. She loved solving cryptoquotes and crosswords. She also loved cooking Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners for her family.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Troy Corter; her 2 daughters, Rhonda D. Gallaway, and Teresa A. Simpson and her Son-in-law Bill Gallaway. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel with a funeral service to follow and the interment to follow after at Barrancas National Cemetery.
