She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Jackson. She also had two sons, Mitch Armstrong and David Armstrong, that preceded her in passing. Virginia also had five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Every person that met Ms. Mickie knew her as loving, with a funny personality and adored her deeply.
A Service will be held at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway 90e, Pensacola, FL, on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 11:30 am. The family will receive friends for a visitation the hour before her service, beginning at 10:30 AM.
