William Neil Powell, age 93, of Lillian, Alabama passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021, surrounded by family. William was born April 25, 1928 in Morgan Town, WV to Bob Powell and Rebecca Wilson Powell.
William was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and in his spare time he enjoyed camping and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob Powell and Rebecca Wilson Powell; and his loving wife of over 60 years, Dorothy L. Powell.
William is survived by his daughters, Carol Lee (Jack) Weese, Neila Sue Powell (James) Eldred; and granddaughter, Eve Marie Hopper.
He will be placed at Barrancas National Cemetery with Dorothy at a later date.
